Overview

Whilst digital has transformed everything from hospitality and banking, to healthcare and e-commerce, the UK’s construction industry has been slow to adopt this change. This new Level 3 ILM accredited qualification is designed to support junior managers/team leaders in the construction sector to gain critical skills for leading on digital transformation.

Course fees

Lectures: for a limited number of learners, this course is fully funded by CITB for those from registered levy paying organisations.

ILM Registration Fee: £86 which includes 12-month free subscription to the Institute of Leadership & Management.

Course aims

The aim of this qualification is to provide junior managers/team leaders with a foundation for their personal development in leading digital transformation in construction sector organisations.

It is suitable for practising junior managers/team leaders as well as those looking for promotion and/or those identified through talent management programmes.

The course material for this qualification has been designed in context of professionals working in the construction sector.

  • Day 2/Lecture 2 - Solving problems and decision making
  • Day 3/Lecture 3 - Understanding innovation and change in an organisation
  • Plus 3 hours of live webinar tutorial to support and guide assessments
